Back to School Information for 2021

The Back to School kit contains all the necessary forms and information you may require during the year. This will come home in paper form in the second week of school Term 1, to be read, filled out and the appropriate forms returned back to school as soon as possible.

Please put the remaining information in a safe place to refer to as needed or if anything changes through the year. It has forms such as Child Safe Code of Conduct, Digital Users Agreement and Local Excursion Permission Form, School Council Committee/Sub Committee Forms, Classroom Helpers Program, Fundraising Volunteer List and the extra-curricular forms such as music programs, tennis lessons or guitar lessons. The kit also contact teacher contact information, a school map, information on traffic management, working with children check and behaviour expectation and recognition information. Other reminders such as when to wear hats, sunscreen use, arrival times, uniform purchasing and OSHClub program are included too.
